Yes that's right, I was in Adelaide this weekend.
I had the pleasure of eating steaks at Gaucho's. And what steaks they were. 500 grams of the finest grain-fed beef. Marinated in garlic and coriander. Seared to perfection. And roasted potatos and stir-fried broccolini. I only just managed to finish.
One day, I'm going to order the 1 kilo T-bone.
A glass of red, and an after dinner port along with great company. Who could ask for more?
